AustraliaPleased with the product, it’s just what we expected and good quality. Shipping was quick. Unfortunately we were sent different coloured straps than we had ordered for both of our bottles. Sent a polite email to customer service about this but didn’t receive any response which was a little disappointing. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
AustraliaI chose ‘Make My Own Bottle’ option and ordered a cobalt bottle with red lid and aqua strap. This bottle has been very handy to use. I fill it up when i’m thirsty and roll it to a compact size once i’m done. It’s less weight in my back pack when I commute back and forth to and from work. I can also take it to the park on weekends when I walk laps. No leakage so far and I hope it stays that way. I fill it with boiling water, white vinegar and baking soda to clean it. The bottle doesn’t have any smell at all so far.
